Happy Halloween Everybody! Yeah, I am a day late...what's new? so we had a fun time last night. We went to Brett and Alison's house and went Trick-or-Treating with them and some of their family. Kainaan didn't get the hang of it at first. He would walk up to the doors and the minute someone opened the door, he would back up saying, "No! Noo! No!" I guess I should be thankful, it can be a sign that he knows what a stranger is. But after the first couple of houses, he got it! He even tried opening a few doors when the people inside didn't move fast enough. It was funny! And the best part was when a bald man came to the door to give Kainaan candy...Kainaan said, "Trick Tweet Pop" and "Thank you, Pop." We cracked up...guess every bald man is Tim's Dad! Ha! Anyways, after leaving The Spradlen's, we stopped by Liz and Jackie's house. They work with Tim, and they have babysat Kainaan for us before. They are so fun! Their house was decorated from corner to corner! And Jackie was The Wicked Witch of the West from the Wizard of Oz. She looked great! Well, enjoy the pics!

Kainaan looks so adorable in the costume!...it looks like it just fit perfectly!...OMG Lori...I missed my kids Halloween!!!...can you believe that! We didn't even have carved pumpkins because I didn't have time to do them before I checked in to the emergency room Friday at noon...yep...I spent the whole weekend in the hospital...
I have viral meningitis...lovely...they did EKGs, chest x-rays, blood work, CT scan, and a lumbar puncture (where they take out fluid from your spinal cord....oh yeah, and it took them 4 tries for that....I'm pooped but I'll give you the whole story sometime this week...

One of these years we need to spend Halloween together and have the boys TOT together...would be fun! Kainaan is cute in his costume!! Glad he got the hang of things! :)
