Kainaan's School Work

Kainaan's class has started the "learning" process this past week. its like they kicked off their "school year" with the rest of the county even though they go year round. Anyways, this week the studied the letter A, the #1, the color red, & the square! And they made "The 'Me' Book" too. Its soooo cute! Enjoy the pics of my baby's school work!

The inside: They did his right hand fingerprints on the bottom left, and he said his fav food is cereal! :-) And his fav color is orange...I can see that b/c he loves to eat all of the orange Popsicles in the box first!

Brunch With My Girls!

Casey and her baby girl, Lucy, and Casey's sister, Connie were driving to NC to go see their mommy, Jenny. Whew! You got all that!?!? Anyways, they stopped here in Knoxville to see me and eat some brunch! Lucy is a DOLL! Check out the pics. Just click on the link below...

My 'Kreative' Kainaan

Kainaan found his train conductor suit today...so we had to put it on! And the picture on the left, well he put his ring toss together by himself, but I guess he thinks it looks like a birthday cake. he was holding and singing Happy Birthday!

He was being quiet again tonight, this is what we found...its a mess! Or so I thought. But look closer! Its Kainaan's "controlled chaos."

Sunday Is Fun Day!

Yesterday we took Kainaan to play at the pool at out gym. He had a blast, but the water was COOOOOLD! I'm sorry, but if its not like 90 degrees, it's cold to me. And Kainaan must be just like me, his bottom lip quivered the whole time! But when we would ask him if was ready to get out, we get the NOOOOOOO!!!!! So we finally got him out with the bribe of ice cream! LOL! :-) Yep, I bribed my child, and I am not afraid to admit that! :-) After that outing, I took Kainaan to run some errands and to get his shaggy mop on his head cut. He was lookin' a little rough!

Oh man, he is getting so big!


Just a side view of his haircut! Tim loves it but laughs b/c he says he looks like he's in the military. I see nothing wrong with that. Military runs deep in his blood...Great Grandpa Carl Adair-Marine (WWII), Pawpaw Billy-Navy (Vietnam), Uncle Doug-Army (Bosnia), and to cover the Air Force we have Uncle Jeff (now a Lt. Col.), and a few cousins, too...on both sides of the family! :-)

My Little Speed Demon!

Kainaan and I went to ride his bike to the front of the neighborhood the other day. There were 2 little girls selling lemonade up there and we decided to go buy some from them. You should have seen him! He was being so cute handing them the money and then standing there talking to them and sippin' his lemonade! it was cute!
I took this picture of him before we left. He wanted to wear his Lightening McQueen Helmet instead of his bike helmet...but I switched them! :-)
